How do I exchange or get back an item?

We support the quality of our products. Wrong or damaged items sent will be returned or refunded only. Do inform us 07 days after delivery to start a return process. Items returned should be in marginal and unopened condition. Our sincere apology, and please accept our thanks in advance of your understanding.

Help! I have lost my return slip.

Bebirkinbags packages come without return slips, so you do not need to worry. You can just write to us at support@bebirkinbags.com and we will help you with your returns and exchanges.

Return Order:

You will receive a return label when shipping back. This time you must post the parcel at our address and thereafter the details will be processed to refund or send your order back.”

What is your return policy?

By the 07th day since the receipt of an order, all returns should be processed.

To make a return, or if you are having difficulties doing so in the 07-day period, please contact support@bebirkinbags.com.

Note: We can only refund or replace the product in case of damages OR WRONG OR any fault.

You also need to enter the order number to get back an item and be refunded back to the same payment option. Your initial shipping costs are not to be reimbursed; please keep it in mind.

What is the turnaround time of a return?

Usually it takes 5-10 business days before payments made using a credit card transacted using Paypal reflects on your statement.

In case the goods delivered to me is mismatched, what do I do?

We are sorry you ended up with the product that was not the one you ordered! Write us an email over to support@bebirkinbags.com and we can guarantee you will receive your bebirkinbags.com!

Should you not have received a return label, please e-mail support@bebirkinbags.com.

Restocking Fee:

Items will have a 5% restocking fee on the returned items.

Product Flaw or Wrong:

No charge will be taken in the event of defective or incorrect products on shipping back to customers.

Remorse Fee:

There will be a $5 USD deduction on shipping expense as a return shipping fee in the case of a customer remorse case.
